Products & Safety
Are your car seats safe and legally compliant?
Yes, absolutely. All car seats sold at Eddieko meet the latest ECE R129 i-Size safety standard, which is the most up-to-date European regulation for child car seat safety. Many of our seats also feature side-impact protection, memory foam padding, and ISOFIX installation for added security.
Which car seat is right for my child?
The right seat depends on your child's age, height, and weight. As a general guide:
- Newborn to 15 months: Rear-facing infant carrier (e.g. My Babiie i-Size Infant Carrier)
- Birth to 4 years: 360-spin convertible seat (e.g. Joie i-Pivot 360)
- Birth to 12 years: All-in-one seat (e.g. My Babiie MBCS200, Puggle Lockton 360)
- 3.5 to 12 years: High-back booster (e.g. Graco Junior Maxi, Joie Elevate)

Do your strollers and pushchairs come assembled?
Most pushchairs and strollers arrive partially assembled and require minimal setup. Each product includes a full instruction manual, and many brands also provide video guides online. If you need help, our support team is on hand.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes. All products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product — please refer to the individual product page or contact us for specific warranty information.
Ordering & Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders. No minimum spend required.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, we deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@eddieko.com. We'll do our best to help, but please note that once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@eddieko.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and arrange a return label where applicable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us immediately at support@eddieko.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
