Track Your Order

We know how exciting it is to wait for your new baby gear to arrive — and we want to make sure you're always in the loop. Here's everything you need to know about tracking your Eddieko order.


How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Check Your Confirmation Email

As soon as your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email contains your order number and a summary of what you've purchased.

Step 2: Look Out for Your Dispatch Email

Once your order has been packed and handed to our delivery partner, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

Step 3: Track Your Parcel

Click the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your parcel's journey. You'll be able to see exactly where your order is and get an estimated delivery date.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days
  • Orders placed before 2:00pm on working days are typically dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Haven't Received Your Tracking Email?

If it's been more than 2 working days since you placed your order and you haven't received a dispatch email, please:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder — sometimes our emails end up there.
  2. Double-check the email address you used at checkout.
  3. Contact us at support@eddieko.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
